Brantford Red Sox 6 Guelph Royals 4

In Guelph, Jason Gotwalt singled home the winning run in the ninth inning to help the Brantford Red Sox to a 6-4 win over the Royals in the only game on the Intercounty Baseball League schedule on Tuesday.

Eric Wolfe had two hits and drove in a pair of runs for Brantford and Tom Sidorkiewicz (1-1) picked up the win with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief.

Nathan Tami (1-1) gave up a run and two hits in 2/3 of an inning of relief. Kyle Leon had a pair of hits and an RBI for Guelph.
