Guelph Royals 10, Hamilton Cardinals 7

In Hamilton, Joel Lynch had three hits and drove in three runs to help the Guelph Royals to a 10-7 win over the Cardinals. Guelph leads the best-of-five game series 2-0 and host Hamilton in Game 3 on Saturday.

Chris Becker added two hits, drove in two runs and scored once and Jason Borghese scored twice for Guelph.

Sean Reilly hit a pair of singles, drove in two runs and scored once for Hamilton.

London Majors 10, Kitchener Panthers 2

In London, Mike McLeod drove in the winning run with a two-run single in the fourth inning to help the Majors to a 10-2 win over the Kitchener Panthers. Their series is tied at one game each and continues on Sunday in Kitchener.

Kyle Piwowarczyk was two-for-three and drove in two runs and Chris Robinson drove in a pair of runs for London.

Rob Robinson (1-0) gave up two runs - one earned - struck out six batters and walked eight for the win.

Joel Scott (0-1) gave up eight runs - seven earned - in 3 2/3 innings and Harpreet Padda had a pair of hits for Kitchener.
