The upstart Dodgers took the Royals to five games but it will be Guelph who advances to the semi-final round against the third-place Hamilton Cardinals. Guelph�s win also means Barrie will face Toronto in the other semi-final series.
Chris Becker led the Royals with four hits including a home run and four RBI�s, and he also scored three runs. Ryan Armstrong picked up the win, allowing two earned runs in seven innings.
Ryan Crotin led Oshawa with a home run. The loss brings to an end a very successful first season for the Dodgers.
