Toronto Maple Leafs 4, Oshawa Dodgers 0
In Toronto, Rob Robinson pitched a five-hit shutout to back the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 4-0 win over the Oshawa Dodgers in one of four games in the Intercounty Baseball League on Thursday.
Robinson (2-0) retired 19 straight batters to start the game before giving up three straight singles in the seventh inning. He struck out 14 batters in the game.
Mike Grieve singled and drove in two runs, including the game-winner in the second inning. Rich Butler had two hits and scored two runs and Rob Patterson hit a double and drove in one run.
Mick Kurhan had two hits, including a double for Oshawa and Matt Tosoni (2-2) allowed four runs and six hits in 8 2/3 innings.

Brantford Red Sox 10, Stratford Storm 4
In Stratford, Raul Borjas homered and drove in four runs to power the Brantford Red Sox to a 10-4 win over the Stratford Storm.
Len Elias also homered for Brantford and Brad Hogeterp (4-0) allowed just one hit in six scoreless innings of relief. Starter Jeff Simeone allowed four runs and eight hits in three innings.
Rick Ross (1-2) surrendered four runs and three hits in 1/3 of an inning of relief of Raul Tiscareno, who gave up two runs and three hits in seven innings.
Mike Alati homered and doubled for Stratford.

London Majors 8, Hamilton Cardinals 2
In London, Alex Blackburn belted a solo home run in the second inning to spark the London Majors to an 8-2 win over the Hamilton Cardinals.
Kevin Virtue drove in the winning run with a sacrifice fly and Pete Babcock capped a five-run second inning with a two-run single. John Boom had three hits and drove in a run and Steve Charles was two-for-three and drove in a two runs.
Tom VanKasteren (1-5) earned his first win of the season with a complete game effort for London. He allowed two runs and seven hits while striking out 10 batters.
Bill Lawrence (1-2) gave up eight runs and 12 hits in six innings. Andy Steeds had two hits, including a double, and scored a run for Hamilton.

In Barrie, Alex Borgo legged out an infield single and then scored the winning run on an error in the eighth inning to lift the Barrie Baycats to a 5-4 win over the Guelph Royals.
Borgo had two hits on the night, including a double and Cory Turchan had two hits, including a single that brought in the winning run.
John Harbridge (2-0) earned the win after tossing 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief and Ian Holman picked up his second save after retiring Guelph in order in the ninth inning.
Duane Fagel (0-1) was the loser after allowing one unearned run and two hits in 1 2/3 innings of relief. Starter Kris Dabrowiecki gave up four runs and seven hits in 6 1/3 innings.
Dave Teboekhorst homered and Sean Reilly added two hits, including a double.
