In Barrie, Joe Colemeco drove in a pair of runs and scored twice to help the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 7-1 win over the Barrie Baycats in the Intercounty Baseball League on Thursday.
Gamin Teague had three hits and stole two bases and Danny Gibbons added a pair of hits in the win.
Paul Spoljaric (8-0) won his league-high eighth game by holding Barrie to one run and six hits. He struck out nine batters in the win.
Jordan Neufeld (4-2) allowed five runs and five hits in three innings.
Jonathan Baksh had a pair of hits and Corey Turchan had two hits, inlcuding a double, and drove in Barrie's run in the first inning.

In Kitchener, Luke Baker had three hits, including a pair of doubles and drove in four runs to pace the Kitchener Panthers to a 7-3 win over the Hamilton Cardinals.
Jamie Pietraszko had three hits and Adam Auer was four-for-four with a walk.
Chris Currie (1-0) pitched five innings of one-hit ball for the win and Omar Goldson allowed three unearned runs and five hits in four innings for his first save.
Mark Schuurman (1-2) gave up six runs in 6 2/3 innings and Shayne Ridley had a pair of hits in the loss.
